Job Overview

A results-driven leader is required to lead our reporting operations, manage a team of analysts and deliver executive-level dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced data visualization tools aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for leadership to inform data-driven decisions
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams
  • Manage a team of 5–10 analysts and ensure consistent reporting standards
  • Conduct audits and enforce data quality benchmarks
  • Transform complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
Requirements
  • At least 5 years in reporting or data leadership roles with a proven track record
  • Expertise in advanced analytics tools like Power BI and SQL
  • Experience managing data teams and presenting to executives to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to drive collaboration and efficiency
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
