Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team with all interview scheduling, providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. This includes building trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance. The coordinator will also run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including but not limited to background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.

The coordinator will identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency. They will also perform quality checks on offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-growth/fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS.
  • Scheduling tool experience.
  • Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation.
  • Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
