Marketing Strategy Role

This role focuses on developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximize campaign performance.

  1. Understand client needs and objectives, collaborating closely with clients to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Strategize and execute email, SMS, and retention marketing campaigns to engage clients and enhance their experience.
  3. Communicate key insights and reports on campaign performance to stakeholders, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive overall positive client experience and retention.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to manage multiple client accounts, aligning strategies and instructions for successful outcomes.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance client marketing efforts and increase revenue.
  7. Share industry insights and information with the team to position the company as a thought leader in the market.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Develop effective marketing strategies that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  2. Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Communicate marketing insights and reports on campaign performance, and plan for further development.
  6. Ensure the marketing team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
  7. Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
  8. Provide valuable industry insights to the team to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader.
