Learning Content Developer
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Learning Content Developer to create engaging and effective learning activities and course content. This role involves working with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations, and designing instructional strategies to achieve these goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, learning technologies, and visual design skills. They will also be able to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Work with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations
- Design instructional strategies to achieve learning objectives
- Create interactive and immersive learning experiences
- Develop supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.
- BA or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field
- Experience in instructional design, learning technologies, and visual design
- Strong communication and project management skills
