A career as an Instructional Designer offers the opportunity to shape learning experiences and help others grow professionally.
This role involves creating engaging course content, identifying best delivery methods, and developing training materials using authoring tools. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory, learning technologies, and experiential learning practices.
- The successful candidate will be skilled in instructional design, needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
- They will contribute to the development of learning standards, templates, and best practices, and create prototypes to gather audience feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality learning content that meets business objectives and is delivered through various formats.
- Maintain a deep understanding of learning technologies, including eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Mid-senior level experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
Working Conditions:
- Work from home
