Financial Reporting Accountant Role

The Financial Reporting Accountant is a critical position within an organization, responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Main duties include:

  • Preparing monthly closing entries, including prepayment and accruals
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts payable vouchers
  • Assisting the finance team in resolving Microsoft Navision issues
  • Communicating effectively with external auditors during interim and audits

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree, preferably with certification as a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in reporting is preferred.
