Job Title:

A Chief Financial Planning Officer is required to support the organization's financial planning and strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close, maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, and preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.

  • Manage entire accounting lifecycle, encompassing month-end and year-end closure
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring precise financial reporting
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports to inform business strategy
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to drive operational planning
  • Collaborate in developing advanced financial models, dashboards, and tools to enhance business insights
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in accounting and proven experience in hands-on transactional bookkeeping. They must be able to seamlessly operate across both high-level financial analysis and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.
