Optimize Production Flow

This role is focused on ensuring that production targets are met, materials are available, and finished goods are delivered on time. As a Senior Production Planner, you will meticulously manage and optimize the manufacturing schedule to maintain high levels of manufacturing performance and efficiency.

The primary objective is to ensure 100% actual moves to FG performance against weekly manufacturing capacity, and to prepare daily machine loadings and allocations aligned with weekly commitment.

  • Ensure accurate material movement and availability for manufacturing.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of production schedules, material requirements, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain management and reduce lead times.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to production processes to improve quality and productivity.
About the Role

This is a pivotal role within the manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor of Science (BS) Engineering degree and at least two years of experience in a related function.
