As a Project Management Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for recruitment and candidate queries. This involves working closely with delivery teams and client SMEs, requiring you to become an expert in the end-to-end recruitment process. You will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for recruitment administration.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a team to deliver a positive candidate experience in screening and overall recruiting and onboarding process
  • Monitoring and improving recruitment processes to ensure best practices are followed at all times
  • Identifying and implementing new and/or better processes in partnership with the TA Delivery teams
  • Meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and targets as set by the management team
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)
  • Participating in client meetings at the direction of the management team
  • Being accountable for keeping the Service Now (SNOW) system accurately updated at all times

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 4+ years experience in local recruitment and/or RPO setting
  • At least 2+ years experience leading/managing team of recruitment professionals
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus
