Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Team Lead to oversee our recruitment team, ensuring timely delivery of positive candidate experiences. Key responsibilities include managing a team to deliver onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new processes in partnership with the Delivery teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills to grow into a Delivery Manager role.

The successful candidate will have at least 4+ years experience in local recruitment and/or RPO setting, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, up to 60% or 3 days a week, based on project requirements.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, and we value a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to deliver onboarding processes on time
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and targets
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Be accountable for keeping records accurately updated
