Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a contact center environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
As a Contact Center Representative, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support
