Job Overview

The Application Support Analyst role is a critical service position that assists customers in effectively utilizing software to meet their business objectives.

This position provides technical consultative application support for Elite's 3E product in a project-based environment with North American business hours.

  • Pull service request tickets from the phone queue and online customer portal, document challenges, expectations of resolution, steps to reproduce, and necessary logs.
  • Record all information regarding challenges using a case management system.
  • Use remote access utilities and resources to replicate customer challenges.
  • Leverage internal knowledgebase resources, peer knowledge, and documentation for known solutions.
  • Isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the customer's business operation.
  • Provide timely status updates throughout the life of the service request until resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of technical, financial, accounting, and/or customer service experience with financial programs.
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or prior Legal industry accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MS Office, Azure, and relational database concepts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, expertise in troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask dynamically and prioritize focus correctly.
