Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our Student Success Care Services (SSCS) team as a Support Specialist. This role is dedicated to addressing general and non-technical inquiries from learners and prospective learners via support email.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in an email-based setting, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to learners and prospective learners.
  • Proactively address learner concerns and provide thoughtful suggestions for issue resolution.
  • Direct learners to relevant resources and support services.
  • Assist with learner orientation and provide guidance on policies and available resources.
  • Review and evaluate learner data and metrics to identify at-risk learners and provide tailored advice and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and relevant data.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a full-time salaried position requiring shift work, including evenings and weekends.
  • Consistent internet connection with at least 100 mbps speed is required.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in an email-based setting.
