Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assess learner performance data, evaluate training curriculum effectiveness, and partner with learning leaders to implement solutions. In this role, you will analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to offer in-depth analysis that drives improvements in learning programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences
  • Act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively communicated, actionable, and aligned with business goals
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design
  • Participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout
