At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to support our HR Manager in driving the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.

About This Role

This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in human resources, industrial relations, and labor laws. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and communicating potential employee relations issues and labor-management concerns, as well as attending government agencies to complete documents related to labor laws and other procedures.

The HR Leader will also be responsible for developing and adhering to HR policies based on labor laws and regulations, preparing union-related documents and administrative procedures, and facilitating communication with employees, resolving issues and facilitating labor-management relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as primary contact on matters relating to industrial relations
  • Identifying and communicating potential employee relations issues and labor-management concerns
  • Attending government agencies to complete documents related to labor laws and other procedures
  • Developing and adhering to HR policies based on labor laws and regulations
  • Preparing union-related documents and administrative procedures
  • Facilitating communication with employees, resolving issues and facilitating labor-management relations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and other rules
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of recruitment and selection methods; testing and assessment tools/processes
  • Proficiency in facilitating the adult learning process
  • Can understand and speak Japanese, which is highly preferable
  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
