We are seeking an experienced Strata Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to play a key role in the success of our business.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will involve managing day-to-day strata operations, maintaining accurate records, overseeing financial transactions, providing excellent communication and support to stakeholders, and assisting with process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day strata operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records, utilizing Stratafy software to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
- Oversee strata and trust accounting functions, including budgeting, levy management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees.
- Assist in establishing and improving processes as we grow and scale.
- Proven experience in strata management, ideally in Western Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of WA strata legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Stratafy software.
