As a Strata Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day strata operations in compliance with WA legislation. This includes maintaining accurate records in Stratafy software, overseeing strata and trust accounting functions, and providing clear communication and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strata Operations Management: Ensure all strata-related activities are carried out in accordance with WA legislation and company policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Stratafy software, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Accounting Functions: Oversee strata and trust accounting functions, including budgeting, levy management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in strata management, preferably in Western Australia.
  • WA Strata Legislation: Strong knowledge of WA strata legislation and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
