Job Title: Digital Experience Creator

As a key contributor to our digital product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our clients' digital solutions. With a strong portfolio and 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, you will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into compelling designs, crafting intuitive experiences, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility, and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for small and mid-sized business clients.
  • Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.
  • Proficiency in Figma (core requirement), with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
