Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to manage the eLearning project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client problems and resource limitations.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information from various sources.
    • Analyze content and set clear learning objectives that align with business goals.
  • Design:
    • Develop branded templates for content that meet project requirements.
    • Select design elements that enhance the user experience.
    • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop engaging storyboards.
  • Development:
    • Utilize multimedia tools to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
    • Design scenarios and dialogue scripts that promote active learning.
    • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning principles to increase engagement.
    • Ensure all content is thoroughly reviewed and approved by stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and ensure accountability.
    • Develop and implement effective project schedules to meet deadlines.
    • Secure project acceptance and closure through collaborative efforts.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support internal business processes, including innovation, learning, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as instructional design or education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis, process mapping, and visual display design principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in software application programs, including MS Office and other relevant tools.
