Our platform is expanding and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
- Document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback and improvement ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Engage in business events to assess market trends and contribute to strengthening the company's brand presence.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented.
- Meet revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain regular monthly outreach and steady pipeline conversion rate.
- Drive continued engagement with prospective clients by executing timely follow-ups on all ongoing opportunities.
- Lead or actively contribute to at least one successful initiative per quarter.
- Maintain a balanced pipeline across sales stages.
- Demonstrate forecasting accuracy by reviewing and updating deal probabilities and expected close dates.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of internal tools by documenting all sales activities and pipeline updates.
