Job Title: Financial Process Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Process Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting
  • Reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes
  • Develop and implement automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation
  • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions
