You will work with mortgages, ensuring accuracy and impact in every transaction.
This role involves managing loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of loan applications, navigating Australian mortgage processes to build expertise that sets you apart globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct retention pricing of existing client portfolios
- Prepare servicing calculators for brokers and financial institutions
- Send welcome messages and initial data requests to new clients
- Enter data for new clients and update existing client records accurately
- Organize supporting documents, identifying any missing items required
- Request pricing discounts from lenders and order property valuations
- Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options maps
- Draft lender application notes and provide support to brokers with lender option preparation
- Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
- Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
- Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage loan processing within Australia
- Familiarity with pricing and valuation processes is essential
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Mercury, FLEX, SalesTrekker, or Symmetry is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail is crucial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Resourceful, commercially minded, and eager to learn and grow
- Bachelor's or College Degree in any field
