Australian Mortgage Settlement Specialist

Mortgage loan processor is a key support role to help brokers achieve their settlement targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry into various software systems, preparing compliance documentation, and communicating with clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Lodge new applications with lenders and ensure timely approval and settlement
- Keep clients informed of progress through regular communication
- Organise valuations and settlements with clients, solicitors, and lenders
- Verify settled files are compliant and up-to-date
- Update application tracker in CRM system
- Track commission payments and maintain accurate records
- Manage diary and email communications efficiently
To be successful in this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in Australian loan processing and proficiency in mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.
Skills and Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and loan processing software
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy
- Strong customer service skills and effective time management
This is an entry-level, full-time position within the finance and sales industry.
