About the Role

We're seeking a talented operations professional to support our fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR.

You'll work alongside senior recruiters to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts, responding to candidate inquiries, coordinating email campaigns, and providing feedback on communication templates and scheduling processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
