Job Title: Remote Operations Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to work from home as a full-time or part-time administrative services professional.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and transcribe audio and video files with high accuracy
  • Organize, prepare and maintain both physical and digital paperwork
  • Schedule consultations with clients and manage calendars
  • Compose and send regular reports to stakeholders
  • Update virtual files and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and prioritize ongoing task lists
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks
Technical Requirements:
  • A computer processor of 1 Ghz or higher (Intel Core i3 or AMD equivalent)
  • A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (DSL/Fiber)
  • Windows or Mac operating system
