Job Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team while contributing to our company's growth. This role involves providing high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance. They should also be proficient in using CRM software like Hubspot and property management tools like AppFolio.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in an administrative or similar role, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and property management tools
  • Availability to work in US time zones
