Property Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Ensure lease compliance by monitoring and enforcing terms and conditions.
  • Collect rent payments and manage accounts payable/receivable, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Marketing and sales skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in property management software and virtual tools.
