Job Description

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Admin Associate to join our People Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our HR operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Update internal databases and ensure information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with other departments for assistance in various clerical tasks.
  • Manage company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Process purchase orders and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong inventory and supply management skills.
  • Proficient in expense tracking.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
