Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to provide quality service to customers.

About the Job

This is an entry-level position that requires minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals, balancing the cash register, generating reports, and maintaining accurate cash drawers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operate cash registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawers by counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or higher (in business or a related field).
  • Sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented individual who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry.
