What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them with everything from questions about products to resolving issues quickly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers happy and making sure their experience with us is smooth and positive.

Your Day-to-Day:
Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat (no two days are the same).
Help customers with orders, returns, or any other service-related inquiries.
Provide clear info about our products and services and guide customers through our processes.
Keep track of customer interactions and any follow-up needed.
Find solutions for customer concerns or pass them to the right team when needed.
Stay up-to-date with our products and services to give customers the best info.
Keep a positive attitude, even if things get a little tricky (we've got your back).

What We're Looking For:
Education: A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. If you've got some college or relevant coursework, that's a plus
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is great, but if you're new to it, we'll train you

Skills:
Friendly and clear communicator (on the phone or in writing).
Great at problem-solving and finding the right solution.
Organized and able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using basic software like email, chat tools, and maybe even a CRM.
Empathy – you genuinely care about helping others.
