Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail sales, inbound sales, and customer retention specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting products and services, maintaining customer relationships through excellent service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • 6+ months experience in retail sales and inbound sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • CRM software proficiency (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Promote and sell products/services, educate customers about features and benefits.
  • Implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn. Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints promptly, escalate complex issues.
  • Stay updated on products and industry trends.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and sales.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to meet goals.
