This is an exciting chance to work as a Marketing Virtual Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will provide valuable support in marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks for entertainment shows, workshops, and international online coaching app launches.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting promotional activities for upcoming events, including ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.
  • Assisting with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking to measure their effectiveness.
  • Providing international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launches targeting the USA and Europe.
  • Building and managing funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Growing and utilizing email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.
  • Drafting and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters to maintain audience interest and drive results.
  • Contributing to pre-launch strategies for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing.
  • Assisting in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.
  • Coordinating marketing activities across various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools, as well as experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.

  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to align with Brisbane, Australia hours.
