Key Responsibilities
- Customer help desk for resolution of service faults and support cases.
- Monitoring and analysis of Space Segment, Teleport, and IP Network performance.
- Fault management by direct intervention and escalation to back-office support teams.
- Coordinating customer scheduling for network planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Supporting VSAT terminal registration and testing.
- Commissioning services for new activations, upgrades, and major re-routes.
- Configuring and testing space segment and managed data services (works orders).
- Resolving long-term service performance issues.
- Optimizing ABS space segment capacity.
- Supporting and resolving customer faults and interference cases.
- Managing adjacent satellite interference cases.
- Registering and testing large earth stations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to provide confidence in ABS products and support services.
- Strong written and verbal reporting skills to interact at all levels.
- Desire to learn and determination to contribute.
- Experience with satellite communications, telecommunications, internet service provision, and satellite equipment manufacturers.
- Knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
- Hub and remote earth station hardware and functionality.
- Satellite access techniques and link parameters.
- Satellite access procedures, remote terminal testing, service line up, and troubleshooting.
- Link budget calculations.
- RF Interference Analysis and Management.
- RF and data test and measurement equipment and monitoring platforms.
- TCP/IP fundamentals, commonly used network protocols, LAN & WAN troubleshooting skills, and use of networking tools and monitoring platforms (CCNA qualification is preferred).

A salary based on knowledge, qualifications, and experience.
On-site living accommodation for non-Olongapo and Subic residents.
