About the role
To seek a Customer Care Representative for Technical Account to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers' needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Logging and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions

  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor

  • Proactively following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide effective and efficient solutions

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and technology, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • A sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
