Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned PHP/Laravel Developer with DSP Experience to lead the development and deployment of a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) for real-time bidding and programmatic advertising needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, using Laravel and related frameworks, and will be able to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

  • DSP Development: Lead the development and deployment of a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) to support real-time bidding and programmatic advertising needs.
  • Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code using Laravel and related frameworks.
  • Integration and Communication: Develop integrations between various Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) for seamless ad placements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with in-house and offshore teams to align development with data utilization requirements.
  • Code Quality and Testing: Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications; identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Scalability and Efficiency: Create robust systems that ensure a cost-effective bidding process for DSP usage, leveraging platform efficiencies.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of PHP experience with Laravel expertise.
  • Experience with DSPs, programmatic advertising, or real-time bidding technologies, ideally for platforms like Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, or Xandr.
  • Familiarity with integrations and interactions with SSPs, CTV, and other programmatic advertising protocols.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
