Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client campaigns, from initial briefs to final performance evaluation. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in programmatic advertising, including leading Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), as well as a strong understanding of the ever-evolving programmatic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Setup & Audience Build
    • Develop audience segments based on client requirements
    • Automate PMP Deal ID generation
    • Curate inventory packages aligned to target segments
  • Technical Configuration & QA
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms
    • Execute campaign quality assurance checklists and secure internal approval
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP)
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors
    • Troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs and SSPs
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports
    • Identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly
  • Margin Management
    • Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability
  • Client Escalations & Support
    • Provide first-line technical support for delivery issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
    • Research, document, and publish new curation and optimization techniques
    • Share best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management experience
  • Deep expertise with DSPs and SSPs
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign quality assurance processes
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection
  • Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams
