Job Description:

Role Overview

The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full campaign lifecycle, from initial client briefs to successful deployment and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and Management: Build audience segments, create PMP Deal IDs, and curate inventory packages in line with client specifications.
  • Technical Configuration & Quality Assurance: Implement ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs, conduct campaign QA checklists, and secure internal sign-off.
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP): Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds, deploy deals into DSP seats, and monitor for setup errors.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Daily monitoring of live campaign metrics, producing performance reports, identifying under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates, and adjusting bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly.
  • Marginal Gains Mindset: Continually seek small performance improvements to drive overall campaign success.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading.
  • Deep expertise with DSPs and SSPs.
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection.
