Job Overview

This role is focused on driving organizational results through a highly engaged workforce.

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with business partners and provide guidance regarding HR policy, administration, employee relations, and change management.



Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with business partners, provide analysis, identify trends, and recommend solutions to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.

In addition, this role requires a strong understanding of HRIS and corresponding applicant tracking systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.



Requirements:
Amenability to work a fixed graveyard schedule and onsite in Commonwealth, Quezon City is required. A Bachelor's degree in human resources studies is preferred, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources or other related fields.

Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, change management, and HR policy administration is also essential for success in this role.
