Implementation Operations Specialist Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Implementation Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the implementation of new plans, ensuring timely and accurate setup, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of plan installation operations, ensuring successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto our platform.
  • Working closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects.
  • Conducting operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with partners and clients.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus, but not required. What's most important is the ability to quickly understand new concepts and passion for the work.

This is a contract position working 45-50 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. The compensation package includes hourly pay, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
