We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of client strategies and ensuring seamless coordination with clients, creatives, and internal teams.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and coordinate projects effectively. You will work closely with our Accounts Managers to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
- Conduct and document market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Support in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the company
Must have:
At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A 'can-do' attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative
