Experienced Project Manager sought to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of eClinical technology projects. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, align with regulatory standards, and ensure timely project milestones.

Job Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
