We are seeking a seasoned HR consultant to spearhead the implementation of a shared services model. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in human resources or psychology, a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, and a proven track record in supporting HR transformation projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal team and stakeholders to ensure the seamless rollout of the shared services model. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing HR Shared Services processes; collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve objectives within timelines; conducting process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of HR procedures; supporting change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of the new HR model; coordinating training sessions and workshops for client HR teams; tracking project progress, identifying risks, and recommending solutions to ensure milestones are achieved; and providing insights based on HR best practices and employee engagement principles.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field; a minimum of three years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Shared Services, HRIS implementation, or HR process improvement; strong understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations); excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; and adaptability to shifting project priorities.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and a proactive and collaborative mindset.
