We are seeking a skilled Fieldwork Coordinator to join our team in the US market.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects. This includes liaising with project managers to ensure studies are completed on time, as well as managing sampling and setup processes.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful projects and ensuring that client requirements are met.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, and delivery of study invitations
  • Managing sampling for allocated projects, from setup to custom recruitment
  • Coordinating with project assistants to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Building sampling plans for projects and liaising with other teams to maximize internal sample resources
  • Reviewing projects regularly to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing regular updates to project management teams on recruitment performance
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare (desired but not required)
  • 0-1 year of market research experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms (desired)
