Job Title: Quantitative Project Manager

A highly skilled Quantitative Project Manager is required to oversee all aspects of quantitative market research projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in international online market research, specifically focused on healthcare and survey recruitment.

They will be responsible for managing client relationships, project timelines, and budget management. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to set up and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries.

The Quantitative Project Manager will partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations to improve performance on research studies.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of quantitative market research projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute survey strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor productivity and data collection quality to drive business growth.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure profitable project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will also possess well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to quickly solve problems as they present, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid escalation.

The Quantitative Project Manager will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project objectives and contribute to departmental success.
