Job Summary

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator role involves overseeing all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market.

Working closely with Project Managers, this position ensures studies are delivered in accordance with client specifications. The coordinator will be responsible for liaising with other team members to deliver the project and managing the sampling and setup aspects of allocated projects.

Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end project-related tasks, including link setup, link testing, and study invitation delivery via custom tools.
  • Manage sampling from internal invites to custom recruitment, building a sampling plan for allocated projects.
  • Coordinate with project assistants to best utilize available options for maximum results, using excellent understanding of project recruitment methodology.
  • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources through phone recruitment, custom emails, and other solutions.
  • Review projects regularly, informing project managers when internal sampling strategies have been exhausted.
  • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request.
  • Ensure projects are completed within stipulated timelines.
  • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient.
  • Track, monitor, and report on sampling performance at a project level.
  • Utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools effectively to support project deliverability.
  • Address Project Managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to ensure project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities are understood.
  • Take notes and fill checklists during key meetings, sharing them with attendees afterwards.
  • Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring direct client and respondent interactions.
  • Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance.
  • Support PMs in closing projects in a timely manner and preparing them for invoicing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • 0-1 year of market research experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
  • Interest/natural curiosity/previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
