Lead Accounting Strategist

About the Role:

The Lead Accounting Strategist will be responsible for driving daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing tax filings, collaborating with internal and external auditors, guiding accounting staff, and improving financial processes for better efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, in line with organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis.
