We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Leader to drive strategic financial decision-making and oversee complex accounting functions.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Senior CPA to lead our accounting team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a key advisor, you will provide expert guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
  • Tax Compliance: Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide critical financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Audit and Risk: Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations to ensure the integrity of our financial operations.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • Active CPA License: Required.
  • Accounting Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Skill Set: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Integrity: High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
