Senior Team Captain

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a dynamic team of professionals. As a Senior Team Captain, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams and serve as a key point of escalation for issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a combination of at least three autonomous accounts, one account with a minimum headcount of eight and a dedicated Shift Lead, and one Team Captain managing four team members.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager and People Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least two years of leadership experience.
  • Three years of client-facing experience.
  • Two years of coaching experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology and systems.
  • Ability to accept feedback gracefully.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
