Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Solutions Developer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality product solutions, providing technical support, and conducting product presentations to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include supporting the bidding process, collecting and analyzing industry information, and providing technical training to sales staff and key customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive product solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and present products to stakeholders.
  • Bidding Process: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address technical challenges at bid opening sites, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Industry Research: Gather, analyze, and disseminate industry insights to inform business strategies and product development.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide technical training and mentorship to sales staff, agents, and key customers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering or a related field.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging communications technologies and best practices.
  • Bring at least 2 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably with hands-on field work.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Have a solid background in telecommunications, including familiarity with networking fundamentals.
  • Be well-versed in firewalls, switches, and routers, with a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Experience with bidding procedures is a significant advantage.
