Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the role of Solutions Consultant in our Metro Manila office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills, with experience in areas such as operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks.

  • Act as an evangelist for IT solutions across key areas.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.
  • Develop expertise in areas such as Desktop Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, and Cloud Management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, a strong technical background with hands-on experience in ITSM solutions, desktop/server management, and network administration, and good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple product teams.
